We all relate to nutrition to include food. However, the brain is 75% water and without adequate water, our brains malfunction.
Water is essential for all of the biochemical reactions in the Brain,Brain Stem, and Central and Peripheral (extended) nervous system. Water is vital in converting food to energy in nerve cells.
When you are low on water, you have trouble concentrating and remembering things. You also perform poorly with creative thinking or doing math.
Low on water burdens the Immune System, worsens symptoms of anxiety and leads to panic attacks. When you are low on water, your body releases the stress hormone, cortisol, and this may lead to an increased heart rate, headaches, fatigue, and light headedness; which worsen stress and anxiety.
Water has a calming effect, preventing & reducing anxiety. Water improves mood during high stress. Drinking water is better than taking Rx prescription drugs and has no ill side effects.
Some experts say that you should drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day (If you weigh 200 lbs, that is around 100 ounces of water a day, or with 32 ounces in a quart; that is about 3 quarts a day).
But that’s not enough for active people. Sports experts say drinking an additional 12 ounces of water for every 30 minutes of activity. Spread out those extra ounces of water while you are working hard or working heavy jobs or doing sports or exercise.
For OPTIMAL DIGESTION, drink an 8 or 12 ounce glass of water about 20 minutes before a meal, and then eat or drink nothing until your meal, what happens is, in that 20 minutes, that water you drank on an empty stomach will enter into your body’s blood stream, and upon beginning to eat food or drinks that require the complex digestiive process, that water will carry digestive enzymes from your blood into your digestive tract. It’s all automatic you do not need to try.
Digestion of your food begins in the mouth; some of the digestive enzymes you secrete into your mouth are called Alpha Amylase, and they digest carbohydrates in your food, right in your mouth and convert them into simple sugars, the digestive enzymes break the complex carbohydrates apart into smaller molecules, that is, simple sugars.
You can experiment with this by chewing some quality wheat bread about 100 times, no swallowing please, towards the count of 100 chews you should be able to taste the wad of bread in your mouth starting to taste sweet. The sweetness is the sugar digested by the alpha amylase enzymes from the carbohydrates in the whole wheat bread. (Don’t use white bread, it’s NOT HUMAN FOOD. It’s worthless to nutrition.)You have just performed an experiment of the human function of digestion, The Inborn Intelligence (Intel) of your body just doing its job. This Inborn Intelligence (Intel) of your body, its job is to make your body function properly every micro second of 24 hours every day, awake or asleep. No stopping function. No stopping your INTEL. Your INTEL organizes your Nervous System to perform endless multi tasking in your body every moment of your Life, effecting trillions of your cells, and more than trillions of bacteria and virus living, and needed, in your body.
Here’s another very important function of the Nervous System brought to you by your inborn INTEL. Inborn Intel is the Intelligence of your body that you were born with. Intel came to you from both of your parents, and your Grand parents, and Great Grand Parents and so on back thousands of years through history. This Intelligence, or Intel, organizes the Nervous System to perform the amazing Gastro Colic Reflex. Something to Love. It is the solution to dreaded constipation without taking medical drugs with dreaded side effects.
Try this in the morning, upon getting up for the day. This is extremely important for people with a swollen big gut or people who just need to empty their colon of prior eaten food ready for excretion delivery. Of special concern is Super Market food, 95% of which is not Human Food, but is the accelerator of disease in your body because Super Market food, convenient food, snack food, Fast Food, have little to no nutrients, and they are loaded and saturated with Kiddie Krak Sugars and foreign (to your body) unsafe chemicals, chemicals never known to mankind until wacked out nerdy Psychentists invented them in dangerous laboratories.
If you have a big gut, not all of that is fat, much of it is rotting non-food and animal meat in your colon, and that your constipation prevents you from passing it out of your body.
Drinkig lots of water is also a natural way overcome constipation. Drink a large amount of water, for some people, this could be a quart or more of water when you start your dsy. If you don’t choke or gag yourself, you can chug or speed drink the water. What you are trying to do is put enough water in your stomach to stretch the walls of your stomach, in order to activate the sensory nerves of the stomach walls, which will send nerve impulses up the Vagus Nerve to your brain stem, and tell the brain stem Intel “computer” that nutritional (hopefully) food and/or water or liquids are coming into the stomach, and the INTEL of the Body’s sensory nerves, will interpret the stretching of the stomach walls to mean “make room” in the lower gastrointestinal tract for more food coming into the body. The INTEL of the body will then have the motor nerves going to the muscles of the colon to activate and move the colon contents out of the body in what is called a “Mass Movement”, or excretion of your colon (bowel) contents. That is also called a Bowel Movement, which when you are Healthy should cause the emptying of the colon in a few seconds, thus called the Mass Movement; instead of a slow, painful, constipated bowel movement that causes bearing down futile attempts to defecate, causing ballooning hemorrhoids, ulcerations, bleeding, and the beginning of cancer of the colon and rectum.
Keep foremost in your mind that…American Food is not Human Food. American food lacks nutrition, and is saturated with sugars causing inflammation and disease; as well as American food contains cancer causing (foreign to the body) petro-chemicals, made from petroleum, meaning synthetic food.

This ENERGY Conversion Task is called the Kreb’s Cycle; wherein natural chemicals react to give your body Energy.
We as human vertebrates cannot live without our Inborn Intel, so why disrespect the Inborn Intel by putting toxic drugs into our bodies instead of letting our Inborn Intel do its job for us throughout our bodies.
The Inborn Intel of our bodies is what built our bodies from our parents’ sperm and ovum at the moment our conception, the beginning of our lives.
